11.30 - 13.00 Morning session. Presentations by Richard Lewis on his work on the Purcell Plus project at Goldsmiths' College; Bruce Wood on Henry Purcell's sacred music; Peter Holman on Purcell's instrumental and keyboard music.
13.00 - 14.00 Lunch break (lunch not provided)
14.00 - 15.30 Afternoon session. Presentations on the performance history and composition of Purcell's viol fantasias by David Lewis and Alan Howard, followed by a talk and performance of two of the fantasias by members of the viol consort Fretwork.
15.30 - 16.00 Tea
